Service Satisfaction Guarantee
At AALflooring, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every aspect of our service.
Services and Materials
All flooring materials are sourced from reputable manufacturers and are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. Our installation work is guaranteed against defects in craftsmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion.
Refund Eligibility
Materials
Unopened, unused flooring materials in original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders and special-order materials cannot be returned.
Installation Services
Once installation is complete and you have signed the final inspection form, the work is considered accepted. If you discover issues with our workmanship within 30 days of completion, we will return at no charge to address and correct any defects.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation Appointments
Free consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Scheduled Installation
Installation appointments cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours may result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and material preparation costs.
Change Orders
Changes to the scope of work after a contract has been signed may result in additional charges. We will always provide a written estimate for any change order before work begins.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required to schedule installation work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and final inspection. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our service, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. For concerns not resolved to your satisfaction, we participate in local consumer mediation services.
